• Service charges for work already completed
• Cost of any replacement parts already installed
• Pickup and delivery charges
• Diagnosis charges (if applicable)

• Original payment method will be used for refunds
• For credit card payments: refund may take 1-3 billing cycles
• For digital wallets: refund credited within 2-4 hours
